IPI specializes in custom injection molding of high volume, tight tolerance plastic components for multiple industries. Much of our expertise is in computers and electronics, medical, and OEM (original equipment manufacturing). In addition to these areas, IPI also manufactures parts for automotive, business equipment, industrial, military, and other market segments.

Facilities
IPI is able to serve a wide range of injection molding needs by operating fully automated computer controlled electronic and hydraulic presses ranging from 22 tons to 500 tons clamping capacity.


IPI streamlines it's production facilities with automation wherever possible,
using both standard and servo based robots for pick and place applications.

IPI's Controlled Environment Molding Area (CEMA) is a closed facility strictly regulated for cleanliness and air quality. This facility is ideal for medical applications as well as other applications with similar requirements. Equipped with all electric Cincinnati Milicron Roboshot® presses, accuracy and cleanliness are strictly maintained. The few personnel necessary to service the robots and presses wear surgical apparel

Tooling
A team of outside tool sources and rapid prototype houses allow IPI to take your product from concept to production in the shortest time possible. Our talented in house tool shop performs preventive maintenance and repairs on site to keep production at peak capacity.

Dock to Stock Shipping
IPI's 10,000 square foot off site warehouse combined with demanding quality assurance, allows dock to stock shipping on just in time basis-- saving your operation the time and expense of inspections, and holding inventory.

IPI's Lexington, KY facilities are within a three mile radius of two interstates and Federal Express and UPS hubs. Lexington is centered on the eastern seaboard providing quick access to all major eastern cities.
